Healing! What is it?


Hey everyone I  wanted to talk something different today. So here I am again that I have learned from my experiences. Mental healing! 
Healing is a process. As someone said slow and steady wins the race.  Same goes with the healing. It's a slow process. If there is a physical wound then what do we try to do?? We try to heal it right. So same goes with the mental wound but there we make a mistake, we intend not to heal it. As much as your physical wound needs to get heal so that we don't get hurt and same is with mental health. Healing takes time so take your time. 
So lets talk, what is mental wound? Depression, anxiety, fear, loneliness. 
As the Era is getting more tech savvy we are facing these problems. We are watching various motivational videos, reading motivational books but are we actually following it?? Do we want to follow it. I have an example.
You just broke up.. You are upset and depressed. It's the law of nature. You lose someone today that you are attached you gonna suffer. It is anyways gonna affect you mentally. But that does mean that you gonna take a bad step. Calm yourself down as I said healing is a slow process. You are in no rush to forget the person. Loosing someone forever is hard but it's more harder when you lose someone who still exsists. You know he/she is still there and they have moved on. Don't loose your temper or don't get anxious. Be who you are. Try to do a little something that makes you happy. Try to do a little something everyday and with that slow process your wound will get healed. You don't deserve to suffer. You live your own story. Come out of that bubble of depression and take a deep breath because as the universe wants you to be happy.
